STRANGER SOCIETY will gladly accept returns and refund or exchange the item(s).

- Returns will only be accepted if you use our Return Form. Download here. Print your Return Form and add it to your package.

- You must first contact us through info@strangersociety.com. You will NOT receive a confirmation of your return application.

- All items must be returned in perfect, unworn, new condition with all original tags attached.

- Sale products and our curated vintage collection can only be exchanged for another size (if available).

- Refunds are not possible on: Made to order items, coupon orders, sale & vintage/curated items. In some situations we can offer a shop coupon.

- Please use a reliable courier and include track & trace/insured postage to ensure the safe arrival of the package as we can not take the responsibility for damaged or lost items. Always keep proof of postage.

- Shipping costs will not be refunded. Product refunds will be processed within 30 days.

- Packages sent without contacting us beforehand will not be accepted. Note that you must ship the item back to us within 10 calendar days from the date you received the product.
