1. General terms and conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the http://www.strangersociety.com website (the “Service”) operated by STRANGER SOCIETY (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

2. Language 
The language of the Terms and Conditions is English.

3. Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.
By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Purchases.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorised or illegal transaction is suspected.
Pre-orders & made to order items will be crafted just for you, please allow 1 - 8 business weeks, depending on the product, after order confirmation.

4. Prices
The prices and delivery costs shown on the Website include VAT. The prices and delivery costs shown on the website may vary from time to time and STRANGER SOCIETY is not bound by the price until STRANGER SOCIETY has accepted the order by sending the shipping confirmation to you. If you have placed an order and the price has changed before we have accepted your order (by sending you the shipping confirmation), we will notify you by e-mail about the price change and give you the option to place a new order with the new price or cancel the old order. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be cancelled. STRANGER SOCIETY always reserves the right to cancel any order prior to our acceptance of the order. If we already have received payment for a cancelled order we will refund you the amount of the purchase. Please also note that STRANGER SOCIETY may cancel the order even if it has been accepted by STRANGER SOCIETY under the condition that you realize or should have realized that the price information was incorrect. The delivery costs are shown in connection with the shipping methods at the checkout stage. By returning a product: the return shipping cost is paid by the customer.

5. Acceptance and shipping confirmation
Please note that all orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by us. We may, at our discretion, choose not to accept your order for any reason whatsoever without any liability to you. Once the order has been processed, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent with all relevant information about your order. The shipping confirmation is our acceptance of your order. Please note that STRANGER SOCIETY does not guarantee that all products presented on the website are in stock at the time of your order. If a product is unavailable, we will contact you shortly, by phone or by e-mail. If we already have received payment for such product we will exchange or offer you a coupon/refund for the same amount of the purchase.

5.1 Delivery times
Please bear in mind that we will do everything in our power to deliver your order as soon as possible. Make sure to check the product descriptions of the items within your order. Some items may take some extra time to deliver due to made to order items or high demand products.
For indication, please allow the next delivery times from door to door:
Netherlands 1-4 business days
Belgium 1-4 business days
Germany 1-4 business days
United Kingdom 2-7 business days
Rest of EU 2-10 business days
USA 3-14 business days
Rest of the world 3-14 business days

With exceptions being made for made to order items, pre-orders or extreme busy days/other circumstances. Made to order items normally take up to 1 - 4 business weeks but can take longer since we're dependent on our manufacturers.

5.2 Cancel or change order details
By submitting an order or using the Service you agree to be bound by our Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service. After receiving your order we can't cancel it due to the fact that your order is already in the works. If you want to make any changes on your order or shipping details please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.

6. Links To Other Web Sites
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by STRANGER SOCIETY.
STRANGER SOCIETY has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that STRANGER SOCIETY shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.

7. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
